DAY THREE

Today is the presentation day! A lot of us stayed up late last night trying to pull everything together for our presentation. After research, designing, mockups, and finances we have it all worked out.

When we came in this morning we went right to work with finishing the presentation. We worked on Google Slides so we each had access to it at the same time. We have a total of 10 slides including the title and prototype screen.

After the presentation was completely finished, as a group we walked through each slide to make sure everything was correct and understood. Here are some images of our script and fact sheet.

After a handful of practices and working out the time. Here are links to our final presentation and the link to our prototype.

While our pitch went well and our idea was shared effectively, we did not win. The judge was concerned that it could encourage kids to take medication. We could see how that was a potential concern, that was a future development that was still in the works.

Overall though we had a great experience. We reached learned so much about how to start up a business and specifically how to develop an app. We couldn't have had a more beautiful weekend and even though it was a lot of work and tired days, it was all worth it.
